Hi, I’m Ashley Jolly.
Affirming Counseling in Beloit, WI for Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ Clients
I provide affirming, trauma-informed counseling for individuals, teens, and couples in Beloit, Wisconsin and throughout Wisconsin via telehealth. My practice specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, including ADHD and autistic clients, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients seeking a supportive, identity-affirming therapeutic space.
I also support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, offering both specialized and general mental health counseling.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as your full self.
Get Started
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. My goal is to make that process feel as approachable and grounded as possible. If you are looking for neurodivergent-affirming or LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling in Beloit, WI, I invite you to reach out.
Together, we can explore what support looks like for you and build a path forward that aligns with your needs and values.
My Approach
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to how you think, feel, and communicate. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model of care. Instead, I work with your nervous system, your lived experience, and your goals to build a pace and process that actually fits you.
I integrate trauma-informed care, neurodivergent-affirming practices, and identity-affirming support for LGBTQIA+ clients. This means we can work with masking, burnout, executive functioning challenges, identity exploration, relationship patterns, and emotional regulation in ways that feel accessible and nonjudgmental.
You do not have to “present a certain way” in therapy here. We adjust the process to you, not the other way around.
Who I Work With
I work with teens, adults, and couples who are looking for a space that feels affirming, grounded, and real. Many of my clients are navigating questions around identity, communication, relationships, or how to function in systems that were not designed for them.
Whether you are newly exploring your neurodivergence, seeking support as an LGBTQIA+ individual, or simply looking for a therapist who takes your experience seriously, you are welcome here.

Location and Telehealth
I am based in Beloit, WI and offer both in-person counseling (where applicable) and telehealth sessions across Wisconsin. Telehealth allows for flexible, accessible therapy from the comfort of your own space.
Therapy for Neurodivergent Clients
For neurodivergent clients, therapy often focuses on understanding how your brain works rather than trying to change who you are. We may explore executive functioning, masking, burnout, sensory experiences, demand avoidance patterns, and self-compassion in a way that supports clarity and reduces shame.
The goal is to build tools and insight that actually fit your lived experience.
Therapy for LGBTQIA+ Clients
I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy that centers identity safety, exploration, and support. This includes navigating relationships, family dynamics, identity development, and the impact of invalidation or discrimination. I also offer letter writing for Gender Affirming Care if needed to established clients.
You do not need to explain or defend your identity in this space.
Therapy for Couples
Couples counseling provides a supportive and structured space to improve communication, strengthen connection, and navigate conflict in healthier ways. I specialize in working with neurodivergent couples, LGBTQIA+ couples, and non-monogamous or polyamorous relationship systems, while also supporting traditional relationship structures.
Many couples seek therapy to improve communication patterns, repair disconnection, navigate differences in needs or processing styles, or rebuild trust and intimacy. For neurodivergent and mixed-neurotype couples, we may also focus on differences in communication, executive functioning, sensory needs, and emotional expression.
For LGBTQIA+ and non-monogamous couples, therapy offers a space where your relationship structure and identity are understood without judgment and where we can focus on building clarity, consent, and connection.
Each partner’s voice is supported, and we work collaboratively to build a more resilient and intentional relationship.
